Dividend Growth Equity

Inception Date: July 1, 2010
Strategy AUM: $412 million as of January 31, 2024
Status: Open to new investors

Westfield’s Dividend Growth Equity strategy seeks long-term growth of capital and income by investing in a relatively concentrated portfolio of primarily large capitalization companies with a history or prospect of paying stable or increasing dividends. Portfolios typically consist of 30 to 50 stocks. William A. Muggia, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, is the portfolio manager of the strategy and has been since its inception.

The strategy is based on our belief that dividend policy is one of the clearest indicators of a management team’s confidence in the future growth prospects of their business and that the total return potential offered by companies both growing earnings and increasing dividends is attractive.

The Dividend Growth Equity strategy is offered through a separate account and a sub-advised ETF.
