Westfield Capital welcomed Scott in 2002, and he is now a Partner and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Scott’s research encompasses the Consumer Discretionary sector.
Prior to joining Westfield, Scott spent five years as Vice President of Equity Research at Harbor Capital Management in Boston. In 1997, Scott was an Associate in the High Yield Research Group at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He began his career in 1991 at Dean Witter Reynolds, where he covered the specialty retail and footwear industries.
Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst and earned his Bachelor of Sciences degree from Lehigh University. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.
Active in the community, Scott is a Power Lunch volunteer with Boston Partners in Education, and also gives his time to the Director’s Club at the Home for Little Wanderers. He coaches baseball and soccer and serves on the Board of the Sharon, Massachusetts Youth Baseball & Softball Association.
